At Balaji POS, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Our Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of billing machines, POS systems, accessories, and other related products. Please read this policy carefully to understand our process, timelines, and responsibilities.

1. Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed after working hours or on holidays will be processed on the next working day. In case of any delay due to high order volume or product availability, customers will be informed via call, email, or SMS.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. Shipping to remote locations may take longer and might include additional delivery charges. If we are unable to deliver to a specific pin code, our team will reach out to discuss alternate delivery options or issue a cancellation.

3. Delivery Timeline

The estimated delivery time after dispatch is usually between 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location and courier service. For metro cities, it may be faster; for rural or remote areas, delivery may take longer.

Please note that these are estimated timelines, and delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, transportation strikes, or third-party logistics issues.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard delivery is either free or charged based on location and order value.

  • Any additional handling, packaging, or express delivery fees will be clearly communicated at the time of order placement.

  • If shipping charges are not included in the invoice, they will be payable separately before dispatch.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier partner details via SMS or email. You can use this to monitor the status of your shipment in real-time.

6. Inspection on Delivery

Customers are requested to inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the packaging appears damaged or tampered with, kindly refuse the package and inform our customer support immediately. Once accepted, the product will be considered delivered in good condition unless reported within 24–48 hours.

7. Delays or Non-Delivery

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Balaji POS is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services. However, we will provide full support to coordinate and resolve such issues promptly.

8. In-Store Pickup

For local customers, in-store pickup can be arranged by appointment. Please call our support team to schedule pickup from our warehouse or office location.
