Return & Exchange Policy – Balaji POS

At Balaji POS, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. While we do not provide monetary refunds, we offer a clear and fair return and exchange policy to ensure transparency and that our customers feel supported even after the sale.

No Refund Policy

We would like to inform all our customers that monetary refunds are not offered once a product has been sold. We encourage customers to carefully check product specifications, compatibility, and requirements before finalizing a purchase. Our knowledgeable sales team is available to guide you through the selection process to ensure you choose the most suitable product for your needs.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

Although refunds are not provided, returns and exchanges are available under the following conditions:

  1. Product Damage on Delivery

    • If a product is found damaged or non-functional upon delivery, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the item. After verification, we will initiate an exchange, if applicable.

  2. Wrong Product Delivered

    • If you receive a product that does not match the order, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery. The product should be unused and returned in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories.

  3. Manufacturing Defects

    • If a product shows a verified manufacturing defect within 7 days of delivery, and is confirmed by our technical team, we will offer an exchange for the same model.

  4. No Damage or Tampering

    • All returned items must be in their original, undamaged, and untampered condition. Items showing signs of misuse, wear and tear, or physical damage will not be eligible for return or exchange.

  5. Prior Approval Required

    • All return or exchange requests must be approved by our support team. Please share a valid purchase invoice along with proof (photo or video) of the issue. Once approved, the product must be returned to our service center at the customer’s expense unless the error is ours.

Important Notes

  • Return and exchange requests will be accepted only within 2 to 7 days from the delivery date.

  • Shipping charges for returns or exchanges are to be borne by the customer, unless the error is due to our mistake.

  • Exchanges are possible only for the same or equivalent model, based on availability.

  • Customized products, activated software licenses, or tampered devices are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Items with water damage, broken screens, or visible physical damage will not be accepted.

  • Refunds for eligible returns or exchanges will be processed within 5 working days after the request has been approved.
